Its target of action in NSCLC is ALK tyrosine Acid kinase receptor. Similar to the EGFR inhibitor gefitinib, crizotinib inhibits the activation of kinase by inhibiting the binding of ALK kinase and ATP in NSCLC and the autophosphorylation after the combination of the two, thereby reducing kinase activity and playing an anti-tumor effect .
